DEMGY EIS combines composite and thermoplastic expertise under one organization. Material selection, structural design and qualification are handled in-house, then industrialized on the most appropriate site — reducing supplier interfaces and securing program timelines.
DEMGY EIS Euskirchen — aerospace composites
Composite cabin structures and monuments: prepreg processing, autoclave curing, patented Schalen-Design and honeycomb construction, finishing and integration.
DEMGY EIS Lemgo — thermoplastic injection molding
High-performance polymer injection (PEEK, PEI/Ultem™, PSU – polysulfone, PPS), in-house tooling and sub-assembly. Metal-to-plastic substitution for weight and cost reduction.
