DEMGY EIS

Formed from the merger of DEMGY Group and E.I.S.-Aircraft GmbH, DEMGY EIS GmbH is a leading aerospace plastics and composites manufacturer in Germany. With over 60 years of continuous experience in civil and military aviation, the company covers the full value chain — design, engineering, prototyping, qualification, series production, assembly and aftermarket support — across two complementary German sites.

  • DEMGY EIS Euskirchen (North Rhine-Westphalia, near Cologne) — DEMGY EIS GmbH headquarters, aerospace composite structures, under EASA Part 21G, Part 21J, Part 145 and FAA Repair Station approvals.
  • DEMGY EIS Lemgo (North Rhine-Westphalia, near Hanover) — high-performance thermoplastic injection molding.

The business is 100% dedicated to aerospace.

A single-source partner from design through line-fit delivery, meeting Airbus, Boeing, Embraer and Tier-1 requirements.

2 complementary German sites

DEMGY EIS combines composite and thermoplastic expertise under one organization. Material selection, structural design and qualification are handled in-house, then industrialized on the most appropriate site — reducing supplier interfaces and securing program timelines.

DEMGY EIS Euskirchen — aerospace composites

Composite cabin structures and monuments: prepreg processing, autoclave curing, patented Schalen-Design and honeycomb construction, finishing and integration.

DEMGY Euskirchen →

DEMGY EIS Lemgo — thermoplastic injection molding

High-performance polymer injection (PEEK, PEI/Ultem™, PSU – polysulfone, PPS), in-house tooling and sub-assembly. Metal-to-plastic substitution for weight and cost reduction.
