• April 2024

  Launch of Press&Make, a unique thermocompression technology for making shoes in a single step, with zero waste and adaptable to all shapes and textures.

  DEMGY acquires EIS Aircraft GmbH, a leading German manufacturer of components for the aerospace industry, which becomes DEMGY EIS GmbH.

  Acquisition of SPN (Société des Plastiques Nobles) in La Courneuve which becomes DEMGY SPN.

  Dedienne Multiplasturgy Group becomes DEMGY. This new name, born from our new TOGETHER strategy, translates a new impetus through which our transformation strategy focuses on our customers, industry 4.0 and Corporate Social Responsibility in order to aim for profitable growth over the long term.

  DEMGY Normandy and DEMGY Făgăraș go digital. A new production control system implemented in January 2021 and soon available in our others sites. This system allows us to automate the production follow-up, to eliminate the manual data entry and the use of paper at the workstation, a considerable saving of time.

  Inauguration of the Atelier Dedienne 3D for additive production-oriented manufacturing in mass production. Indeed, we strenghten our industry 4.0 spirit thanks to The Atelier DEMGY 3D that makes possible the complex parts in volumes production in record time and in high-performance materials.

  Acquisition of METPlastics in Chicago (USA) which becomes Met2Plastic.

  Inauguration of the Dedienne campus in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon (27), an ultra-modern site built in the logic of the Company of the future. It brings together under one roof both the Group Holding but also, under the name of Dedienne Multiplasturgy®, the 4 ex Norman entities: Dedienne Moulding, Dedienne Machining, Dedienne Composites and Dedienne Coating.

  The Volot family, who first took control of Dedienne in 1986, sold the company through a MBO guided by Pierre-Jean Leduc and a team of executives assisted by a pool of financial investors.

  Jean-Claude Volot, Roland Dedienne nephew, integrates Dedienne and creates some time after a subsidiary in Normandy precisely in Andelys (27): AMPA (Atelier Mecano-plastic of Andelys) specialised in machining, low pressure moulding, sheet metal and Thermoforming of plastics.
