This dual capability — precision metal machining and high-performance polymer machining — positions DEMGY Pacific as a uniquely qualified supplier in the Pacific Northwest, capable of producing cabin interior components, flight-critical hardware, and structural-grade parts.

Since 1966, we have been raising the bar in manufacturing through decades of proven, hands-on industry expertise.

Injection Molding — Manufacturing & Assembly

DEMGY Pacific's injection molding operation produces plastic components and subassemblies to the most demanding aerospace standards. AS9100- and BAC5321 Class I & II-certified teams manufacture components for a wide range of cabin zones: air distribution grilles, ducting, IFE hardware, window surrounds, overhead bin fittings, lavatory components, custom interior trim parts, and structural elements.

Mastery of the Most Demanding Engineering Polymers

DEMGY Pacific's teams work daily with the most advanced polymers available:

  • PEEK, PEI (Ultem™), PSU, PPS
  • PPA, PPO, PC/ABS, ABS
  • Engineered materials formulated to meet fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) standards

This materials breadth enables direct substitution of existing metallic parts, delivering: weight reduction, assembly simplification, improved durability, and lower total cost of ownership.

Smart solutions that drive down costs and accelerate delivery.
