DEMGY won bronze in the Data, AI, and Hyper-Personalization category at the E-commerce Awards, for a project carried out in partnership with DATASOLUTION: “When Data and AI Reinvent Complex Industrial Sales.”

Our B2B sales rely on long and complex cycles, with data that was previously scattered across ERP, CRM, and web systems.

With DATASOLUTION, we built a unified foundation that finally makes the actual structure of each transaction clear, and then integrated AI to score our accounts and personalize nurturing based on their level of maturity.

An initial practical implementation in the medical market has already yielded results: faster processing of sales opportunities, better alignment between our sales and marketing teams, and decisions now driven by data rather than intuition. The platform is designed to be replicated across our other verticals.

Tangible results, right from the first phase:

  • 8 locations in Europe and the United States are now working from a single, unified database
  • 2,367 complex transactions created since January 2025
  • Web forms processed in less than 24 hours (compared to 2 to 3 weeks previously)
  • Qualified trade show leads within 48–72 hours (compared to 3 to 6 months)
  • Between May 2025 and May 2026: +48% in new accounts, a 16-fold increase in opportunities created, and a 7-fold increase in sales proposals generated

A project that demonstrates that AI and data can also become a true driver of sales performance in the industry.
