Teodora TAROG: an inspiring vision of industrial leadership
On October 2 at 8 p.m., Teodora Țarog, Managing Director of DEMGY Romania, was a guest on the program “La Superlative” on A7TV. DEMGY Romania: A key player in the automotive industry
Teodora presented our core business: the manufacture of plastic and composite components for leading automotive manufacturers. Dashboards, lighting systems, on-board computers, and now charging stations for electric vehicles—our expertise is evolving in line with changes in the sector. But also in the aerospace sector: lightweight and resistant technical parts for civil and military aviation. And in consumer goods: tailor-made solutions for everyday products combining design, performance, and sustainability. Our expertise evolves in line with market transformations and the requirements of our international customers.
An agile and locally rooted organization
With 200 employees spread across the Făgăraș and Deva sites, DEMGY Romania is built on an agile, responsive, and efficient structure. Each department—development, production, quality, maintenance, administration—contributes to our industrial excellence and our capacity for innovation.
