Plastics manufacturer Demgy takes over German company E. I. S. Aircraft GmbH
Normandy-based plastics manufacturer Demgy (660 employees / sales €74 million), based in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon, has just taken over E. I. S. Aircraft GmbH (130 employees / sales €22 million), based in Germany, a company specializing in the production of thermoplastic and composite components for the aerospace industry.
