On Wednesday, June 17, Pierre-Jean Leduc, CEO of DEMGY Group, was a guest on the show Pari ETI, hosted by Patrice Bégay on BFM Paris, alongside Maxime Lelong (president of Handiprint), Jeanne Lemoine (co-CEO of the Lemoine Group and President of Club ETI Normandie), and Thierry Dufour (President of Frenehard & Michaud).

During the show, our CEO outlined the group’s trajectory and his vision for French industry. Following its latest acquisition in the United States in March 2025, DEMGY has now established itself as the sole global leader in innovative plastics processing and a Tier 1 supplier to Airbus, Boeing, and the world’s leading aerospace equipment manufacturers.

The group currently has 900 employees spread across 10 sites worldwide—4 in France, 2 in Germany, 2 in Romania, 2 in the United States—as well as 3 Research & Development centers.

In 2025, DEMGY generated revenue of 125 million euros, of which 7% was reinvested in R&D.

The stated goal: 1,500 employees and 200 million euros in revenue by 2030, driven by a strategy of both organic and external growth, always rooted in our group’s founding conviction: replacing metal with plastics and composites.

On the set, Pierre-Jean Leduc reiterated the values that have guided DEMGY for 21 years: curiosity, boldness, and team spirit. He also emphasized the importance of engaging with professional networks (Club ETI, MEDEF, Polyvia)—to challenge ourselves, share our convictions, and expand the realm of possibilities.

“Nothing is impossible if you’re willing to do it.” Pierre-Jean Leduc
