Acquisition of SPN by the DEMGY group
The acquisition of SPN (Société des Plastiques Nobles), on December 1, 2021,
ideally complements the high performance polymers activity of the DEMGY group with
fluorinated polymers.
Founded in 1947, DEMGY has designed and manufactures high-performance plastic and composite solutions
lighter than metal performance, to promote energy savings in
industries with a high carbon footprint.
