DEMGY is pleased to announce the arrival of Bastien as Chief Development Officer. His background and strategic expertise will bring new momentum to the Group's growth ambitions, both in France and internationally.
A rich career path combining innovation, industry, and strategy
An engineer who graduated from École Polytechnique and École des Mines de Paris, Bastien has solid experience in industry, where he has led multicultural teams and developed key accounts in complex and highly competitive environments.
His career at Saint-Gobain Sekurit, as well as in the public sector at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, has enabled him to acquire significant skills in transforming organizations, structuring offerings to accelerate growth, and developing his network around the world.
A major asset for the growth of DEMGY Group
As Chief Development Officer, Bastien joins the Group's Executive Committee and will work alongside Pierre-Jean Leduc, President and CEO of DEMGY Group, and Emmanuel de Battista, Chief Operating Officer, to orchestrate all areas of development:
- Sales and marketing development,
- Innovation and R&D,
- External growth.
